How they calculate CBSE 12th Result ?

The rule of CBSE to calculate 12th standard marks: - It is calculated on the basis of CGPA. It is the average of grade points obtained in all subject excluding additional 6ht subject as per scheme of studies.

Board has introduced the provision of Re-assessment for CBSE Class 12th for the provision of verification of marks and obtaining of photocopy of evaluated answer sheets of already existing answer books. Students applying for re-assessment of answer sheets can only collect photocopy of evaluated marks. No student has permission to ask for providing of photocopies without following the procedure of verification of marks and in the same way no applicant would have a right to challenge the answers without verification of marks So it is advisable to candidate for being more careful before submitting form for re-assessment to make note of the specific information regarding the re-evaluation.

Procedure relating to verification of marks:-

  1. Applications should be made on-line within 7 days and fees for the reassessment will be taken on the basis of per subject.
  2. The fee will be received only through gateway. The candidates will have to deposit the fee by visiting the identified Bank branch in case of E-challan.
  3. For details, the candidates are advised to see the Notice on the CBSE website
The result of verification of marks will be uploaded on the Board’s website. The candidates whose result gets revised after verification of marks will be intimated through letter also by the Regional Office concerned.
